Key Roles:
Collaborate with decision-makers to transition designs into production.
Design and develop new features for our web applications, both customer-facing and staff-facing.
Enhance website performance, focusing on page load speed and responsiveness.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot website-related challenges.
Engage in planning, estimating, and prioritizing development tasks.
Mentor and support junior developers in our team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven commercial experience in PHP (OOP) web development with a preference for those skilled in Laravel or Symfony PHP frameworks.
Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experienced in working with databases, especially MySQL.
Some familiarity with cloud service providers for web hosting and deployment.
Knowledgeable about version control systems like Git.
Possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Demonstrated excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Capability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and related tools.
