Ace Grading highly recommends submitter place their cards into clear soft sleeves and then into semi-rigid cardholders. This is to ensure the safety and security of your cards and efficiency within our internal process.
After your cards have been placed in soft sleeves and semi-rigids, Ace recommends using a durable box with suitable packaging to ensure cards do not move in transit. For example, bubble wrap or packing paper.
Don’t forget to securely attach one of your submission barcodes found on your packing slip to the outside of the box.
Please ensure you only submit one card per semi-rigid.
We do not return semi-rigids with your submission. This is due to our internal process and ensures cards move through our service safely and efficiently.
